These Terms of Use govern your use of the customer ratings and review service offered by Johnson & Johnson Pacific Pty Ltd (JJP) on this website (Review Service). To the extent of any inconsistency between JJPs privacy policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use will prevail.

By submitting content to JJP through the Review Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you have created your own review and are submitting this review in your own name;
• you have used the product for which you are submitting a review;
• you are at least 18 years old; and
• use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use or the terms of JJPs Legal Notice.

You acknowledge that all submitted content is pre-moderated and will be posted within 72 hours if approved.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content that:

• is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading, including any content that relates to benefits not advertised about the product;
• infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• has been previously published in any other medium or forum worldwide or for which you have been paid by a third party;
• violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing therapeutic goods, export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
• is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
• causes injury or harm to any person or entity;
• contains any computer virus or other potentially damaging computer program or file;
• includes any information that references competitors or their products, websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
• personally identifies you or any other person, such as first and last name or contact details.

For any content that you submit, you grant JJP a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without any further consultation, reference, payment or any other compensation to you. You consent to JJP (and each of its assignees and licensees) doing or omitting to do anything which may infringe any and all of your moral rights to edit, alter and reproduce your question or review, and that such consents have been obtained to the full extent permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

All content that you submit to JJP may be used at our sole discretion. JJP reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content you have submitted that JJP deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. JJP does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through JJP to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Questions and reviews/rating are posted within 72 hours. However, JJP reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the contents of your submission.

JJP will not be liable for any loss, liability or injury (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss) resulting from your access of the Review Services, or from your reliance on any information provided via the Review Service. This Review Service is intended for residents of Australia only.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJP, Bazaarvoice Inc and their respective affiliates (including their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint venturers, employees and third-party service providers) from and against all claims, liability, damages (direct and consequential) and expenses of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
